Last updated: 21 October 2026
This notice explains how the personal data of visitors to studiolando.net is processed, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. In case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

In short
- This website does not use cookies: no first-party cookies, no analytics, no profiling, and no forms.
- Google maps and videos are loaded only if you click the corresponding button.
- That is why there is no cookie banner: none is needed.
Browsing data
Like any website, the server hosting it automatically logs some technical data about each request: IP address, date and time, requested page, response status, browser and operating system. This data is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and is not used to identify visitors. It is kept by the hosting provider, acting as data processor, for as long as strictly necessary and then deleted, unless it is needed to investigate computer crimes.
Data you send us
If you send an email or certified email, or call the office, the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your request) will be used only to reply to you and, if requested, for any professional engagement. Legal basis: pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Data is kept for as long as needed for the request or engagement and then for the periods required by law (for example tax and civil-law retention periods). It is not disclosed to third parties or used for advertising.
Cookies
This website does not store cookies on visitors' devices and does not use any other tracking technology (pixels, fingerprinting, local storage for statistical or advertising purposes).
Third-party content: Google Maps and YouTube
The “Location” section offers a Google Maps map; some gallery pages contain YouTube videos. When the page loads, this content is blocked: a box with a button is shown instead, and your browser does not contact Google's servers.
Only if you click “Show the map”, “Show Street View” or “Watch the video” is the content loaded from Google Ireland Ltd., which from then on receives your IP address and may set cookies or similar technologies, as an independent controller and under its own privacy policy. Data may be transferred to the United States; Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
A click applies only to that content and that visit: if you reload the page, it is blocked again. Alternatively, you can use the “Open in Google Maps” or “Watch on YouTube” links, which open Google's website in a new tab.
Links to social networks
The links to Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn are plain links: they do not load buttons or scripts from those services. If you follow them, the privacy policies of those platforms apply.
Your rights
You may at any time ask the controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
